The fine item you are considering is an Antique Vintage Coca-Cola Neon Spinner Wall Clock Lady In Silhouette. Yes, this is an extremely rare example of the original Coca-Cola spinner wall clock with the silhouette of the lady in the center. Unfortunately, the clock is in pretty rough shape, and while the spinner is turning as it should be, the neon is missing, the paint shows wear and the clock shows lots of oxidation to the exterior and discoloration on the face. There’s also a cover type section on the rear that looks to have been fabricated by a diner owner for a quick fix some time back
