It was made for the Phoenix Coca Cola Bottling Company. It is their 2000 Limited Edition #180 out of 400. It comes with its original box. The lite dome is in good working condition The box is in good shape, except for on flap which is wrinkled and torn. The overall condition of this item appears to be in very good condition.
