Condition is Used. Winner sends shipper or picks up. I have had this sign for 30 years ! 1st time offering it for sale . Big and heavy! Shows some roughness on edge stone pings it’s dirty now it has been in storage barn . I will get it cleaned up . Some rust as to be expected . I cleaned the sign a bit today but it needs a good scrubbing . The rust you see on the white lettering is from the back
