No punctures or holes to the sign, the sign has awesome color as pictured. Sign measures approximately 27" x 15 3/4" and with the wooden frame measures 29 1/2" x 18 1/4". The sign was made by Snyder & Black Inc. NY Litho in USA. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
