Despite the slight difference in size compared to Petretti's Coca Cola guide, it has been verified as authentic by a local expert and his friends, plus an expert at Collectors Weekly. The white back is the give-away. There is only minor edge spotting on front and back, with some outer paper separation on back bottom right corner as shown.
