This book measures 8-1/2" by 11" and contains 85 pages of bottling plant opening dates, plant owners, managers...all in alphabetical order by state and city. Also features examples of early stationery (letterheads, invoices, envelopes ) br />Of special note; this is the PROOF copy that the publisher mailed to me to look over and approve, prior to publishing this book.<b
