Do not know if it will function properly. That is above my pay grade. I did inspect the moving parts and all did move. Some rust in areas, but none that would be seen once displayed. Unit measures 15.5â? by 12â?. Very heavy item. No major dents that I could find. Face plate can be removed to replace with new paper insert if wanted. The original owner drilled out the locking mechanism. Please allow up to 5 days for item to be shipped. Have a great day!
