Made in the U.S.A. printed on bottom right corner.Measures 18" x 36"..Comes from my 50+ yr collection solid & heavy..You would be hard pressed to finding another.Quite possibly early Ingram-Rich or pre- Enamel Iron Company of Pa..Blue on White was the original color used by this well known porcelain sign company that morphed into making license plates & a multitude of early porcelain signs in the U.S..Very hard to find in any con
