Vintage Coca Cola Kay Displays Compass Advertising Sign Metal & Wood
Vintage Coca Cola Kay Displays Compass Advertising Sign Metal & Wood
SOLD $1,200.00 Sold: Mar 6, 2024 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
Vintage Coca Cola Kay Displays Compass Advertising SignSize: For sale is a very hard to find Coca Cola advertising sign made by Kay Displays Inc. out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, during the 1930's. The center of the sign is die-cut wood while the outside of the sign is made of metal wire. This sign is in very good condition, with some average wear from age. There's some discoloration and fading to the paint, with some blue spots inside the lettering (mostly the letter L and A towards the end of Coca Cola). There's a couple small splits to the wood which seems to be typical of these signs. The back appears to be missing some metal rivots in two corners that conjoin the metal to the wood (there's currently a piece of blue tape where one set would be). Overall, a fantastic and rare sign to add to any collection! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, thanks!Payment: Payment is due within 3 days of auction, but if more time is needed just message me and it won't be a problem.I will gladly combine items won to provide additional savings to you on shipping. For US buyers, I try to keep shipping as low as possible, and use flat rate boxes. (Condition: Pre-Owned)
