***MN ESTATE FIND****NEAT ANTIQUE COCA COLA EMBOSSED TIN THEMOMETER Not an expert but I did a lot of research. This is a beauty! Coca-Cola embossed bottle tin lithographed thermometer. Bottom has "Made in USA 33" so I think it's from 1933, although it has the image of a bottle dated Dec. 25, 1923, so this style has become known to collectors and Coke historians as the "Christmas" Coca-Cola thermometer! Wow it's 91 years old! AN antique! Measures 16-1/2" tall from top tab to bottom tab. Still has the glass thermometer piece. Very good/excellent condition for its age, colors are incredible, some chipped paint as shown, some surface wear, surface corrosion mainly on the edge and near the bottom. Both tabs intact, some tape on back to keep the thermometer piece in place, seems to work fine. Would be the centerpiece of your Coke thermometer collection Buyer pays insured priority mail shipping.
