Title: Coca-Cola Cooler Description: Presented for your consideration is this neat vintage Coca-Cola airplane airline cooler. The cooler was made by the Progress Refrigerator Company in Louisville, KY. It has a red body with white lettering on the front and back. Reads "Drink Coca-Cola in Bottles." One side has a built in bottle opener. This same size has a plug at the bottom for draining the cooler. The top has a handle in the center and a rubber seal around the outer edge. There is a swinging bar that secures the lid in place when not in use. Used to store bottles of Coca-Cola on airplanes. Dates to about the 1950s. Would make a great addition to any Coca-Cola memorabilia or advertising collection Rubber has some cracking from drying out. Two dents are in one side. Typical wear from age and use.
