1897 Coca-Cola Calendar Cut-Out!This was found in a small collection of Victorian trade cards purchased recently. At first, I thought it was just a color copy but after posting this to an advanced Coca-Cola Collectors facebook group, comments from other advanced collectors said to take a close up photo to see if I can detect the dot pattern used in early printing techniques and sure enough, it's there! See my close up photo.If you visit the earlycoke website, under Preservation Condition scroll down to "Coca-Cola Lithography Dot Patterns" and you'll see what the printing would look like.My last photo is for reference; showing a portion of the 1897 calendar selling in 2014 for $1,600.My next to last photo shows other Victorian trade cards found with this cut-out. Many are from the same era. These are NOT included in the sale.Ready to frame and display!This will be inserted inside of a plastic bag and "sandwiched" between thick cardboard and then mailed inside of a padded envelope to ensure safe delivery.
