Vintage 1960's READ FULL DETAILS Original Coca Cola Metal Sign Insert for Soda Fountain Service Machine Reads: COLD DRINKS DRINK Coca-Cola WITH CRUSHED ICE FOR NO ICE KEEP FLAVOR BUTTON DEPRESSED UNTIL CUP IS FILLED Measures Approximately: 24 1/4" long x 14 7/8" high READ FULL DESCRIPTION FOR CONDITION: I purchased this 25+ years ago at an antique show. I was told it was an UNused metal sign panel that was to be used for a soda fountain service vending machine. It is a fantastic, rare sign and in nice condition for 55+ years old but has some wear & issues. It was never hung, but it has wear, scratches, blemishes, slight bends, corner ding, and imperfections from storage and age. I took photos from different angles to try and capture the wear, scratches, bends, etc. They include, but are NOT LIMITED to the following: (Photo #'s may be one off due to Video being in the second position so Photograph #2 may be in Image Spot #3 etc) --Sign has a bend to it which can be seen in Photos #2 -5 and in Photos #11-12 see below the "C" where there is a faint crease/bend. --There is a faint mark on the white left bottom area seen in close-up Photo #10 --There is a corner bend on bottom right corner seen in Photo #15 --There is a faint vertical line/mark down the right side of sign about a 1/4" from the edge on the white paint you have to ZOOM in-See Photo #14 which shows some of it. --There are small scratches blemishes etc on the sign in various areas--ZOOM in-- Photos #13, 16-21 show scratches in the red paint. There are other blemishes in other areas. --There is wear and marks on back of sign seen in Photos #22-23 I could only post 24 photos--I have more so please request additional photos if needed.
