Up for sale here is an early hand blown crown top VERY SCARCE copy cat Coca-Cola soda bottle, from the Allegheny County city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This bottler was located in the "South Side" area. The "H" was left off in Pittsburgh on the bottle. This very scarce nice amber colored example is in excellent condition, and has seen barely any wear. The old glass is sparkling clean, with no chips, pings or dings. See pictures, as they tell the best story. Bottle would date from about 1905 to 1910. *It is boldly embossed, as it reads ~ "Trade / MY-COCA / Mark / Registered / J. WEILERSBACHER / BOTTLER / PITTSBURG, S.S.PA." On the base it is boldly embossed ~ "Sun Pop". Then on the lower reverse heel it reads, with the Pittsburgh, Pa. glass house initials ~ "D.O.C. 1072". This tooled crown top measures 8 inches tall, and 2 1/4 inches in diameter. You will be pleased with this piece of soda pop bottling history, from the state of Pennsylvania. RARE AS IT GETS !! Vintage Coke Coca-Cola Sign Of Good Taste Metal Sign 53x17 Robertson 008 USA
Vintage huge metal Coke sign - "Coca - Cola, Sign Of Good Taste, Ice Cold" and in small print in the center "Reg. U. S. Pat Off." and in small print at the bottom right "Robertson, 008, Made In U. S. A.". This could be an original 1950's/1960's sign due to the gray color of the back and the Robertson markings but there is no date code to the right of "Robertson" so I am not sure of the age of the sign. The heavy thick gauge metal sign has great white, two-tone green and red logo colors with fishtail and Coca Cola glass bottle graphics. The sign measures 53 1/2" by 17 5/8". It has a raised and curved green border as pictured. There are 8 factory mounting holes around the edges. The sign is in very good condition with storage wear to the edges and corners especially the the bottom left corner and left edge as pictured. The sign displays beautifully with very bright colors, great graphics, details and patina. It is sold as is with wear as noted and as pictured with returns not accepted.
